Anyone interested in holding an event at Elmwood Park in 2020. RSVP required.
What will be discussed?
Reservation procedures, options and responsibilities for organizers, fees, and the permitting process. Representatives from the City’s Special Events Review Panel will be present.
Where?
At Elmwood Park! Attendees will be notified by email if the location changes due to weather.
When?
- Tuesday, July 9th at 10 a.m.
- Wednesday, July 10th at 5:30 p.m.
Both meetings will be the same. Please RSVP with the date that works best for your schedule.
A few facts for new organizers:
Elmwood Park has a variety of reservation options for events of many sizes. Speaking with our staff will help you decide which parts of the park you’ll want to reserve.
Most reservations in Elmwood Park require an Assembly Permit, and many of those events will also require an Emergency Action Plan with the City.
Reservations are required 90 days in advance of an event. Many organizers get their dates as early as a year out, so you’ll want to plan ahead!
