Fishburn Park
Located off of Brambleton Avenue, Fishburn Park is one of Roanoke’s larger parks. Offering two multi-use trails, including the Murray Run Greenway, Fishburn Park’s vast, sloping landscape is also home to two tennis courts and a nine-hole disc golf course. Fishburn Park also has two picnic shelters and a playground upgraded in 2023.

Multiuse Trails
- Stream Trail: This easy multiuse trail goes along the stream for 0.7 miles.
- Hillside Trail: This multiuse trail is an easy hillside route that is 1,761 feet. Both are open to foot and bike traffic.
Murray Run Greenway
The Murray Greenway is currently the only non-paved designated greenway in the City of Roanoke. This greenway currently connects Grandin Road near Patrick Henry High School to McNeil Drive near Virginia Western Community College, running through Shrine Hill Park, Woodlawn Natural Reserve and Fishburn Park.
Disc Golf
Fishburn Park’s golf course was updated in 2023, and features concrete tees and Innova baskets. Enjoy the beautiful park setting as you make your way through this straightforward 9-hole course.
