Get ready to make a splash this summer! Roanoke Parks and Recreation’s Fallon Park Pool open until August 11th!
Located in southeast Roanoke, Fallon Park is home to numerous amenities, including a playground, six pickleball courts, cyclocross course, ball diamond, Tinker Creek Greenway, and, of course, an outdoor swimming pool! This Olympic-sized swimming facility offers multiple swim lanes, dual water slide, and a dedicated diving well. The facilities also include a concession stand, grassy picnic space, and poolside seating areas.
But the aquatic fun doesn’t stop there! This year, Fallon Park Pool is excited to unveil another attraction, the AquaZip’N®! This exhilarating feature promises thrills for all ages, combining the adrenaline rush of a zipline with the refreshing splash of a pool entry. The innovative design ensures a smooth and safe experience, with a self-retracting trolley and an arching frame that prevents riders from swinging back.
Whether you’re looking to cool off with a leisurely swim, hone your skills in the lap lanes, or experience the heart-pounding thrills of the AquaZip’N®, Fallon Park Pool has something for everyone.
