Advanced Beginner Crochet: Just Zip It!
Welcome to “Just Zip It: Alpine Crochet Pouches,” an advanced beginner crochet course designed to elevate your crochet skills with a fun, functional, and fashionable project!
Over the span of four engaging sessions, you’ll learn how to create a stylish zippered pouch using the beautiful alpine stitch worked in the round. We’ll explore two different methods for adding zippers, allowing you to choose the technique that best suits your style.
Students will need to provide the following:
Yarn of your choice (non-bulky recommended) Approximately 14 ounces of yarn or 744 yards.
Corresponding crochet hook for your chosen yarn
Two contrasting yarn colors (optional for added interest)
Measuring tape (optional)

Instructor will provide the following:
Assortment of nylon coil zippers
Yarn darners (plastic sewing needles)
Metal sewing needles
Threader, if needed, for threading needle
Stitch markers
