Happy Valley Grit Gravel Race
Join us for a gravel tour of Carvins Cove!
Never raced gravel before? This is your event! We aim to make this race as friendly and fun as possible! Seasoned racer? This is your event too! Don’t let the distance fool you, the climbs on the 25 and 30 will get your legs burning!
We’ll have stocked aid stations, after race snacks and if you register before the merch deadline (Nov 21st), sweet custom race swag!
15 miler: This route starts at the boat dock and follows Happy Valley Fire Road to Carvins Cove Road and back. There will be an aid station at the turn around. This route includes 720 ft of elevation gain.
25 miler: This route starts at the boat dock and follows Happy Valley Fire Road to Brushy Mountain Fire Road until the Buck Trail intersection.
Turn around at Buck and head back to the boat dock. There will be an aid station at the turnaround. This route includes 2,690 ft of elevation gain.
30 Miler: New this year, the route follows the 25 miler route but continues past the last aid station at the Buck Trail to turnaround at the Hinchee Trail before continuing back to the start/finish line. This route includes 3,305 ft of elevation gain.
**All routes are closed to vehicles but trails will remain open to cyclists and hikers/runners.
