Get to know the Roanoke Parks and Recreation Department through a monthly video series.
In an effort to diversify the Park and Recreation Leadership Team, provide for proper succession management, continuing education, and development for all Department employees, the Lead at Any Level program will provide leadership training for five employees annually. Selected employees will attend monthly Leadership Team meetings, each of which include a educational portion covering a different section of the Department. This video series allows you to follow along as we “get to know the Parks and Rec Department” and the wide ranging work we do in the City of Roanoke!
